If you create a team, or join your manager's team through a link, team mode is nominative: unlike the standard individual test, your name and your result (profile and scores) are visible to your manager and to the other members of that team, on a shared dashboard accessible to anyone holding the team link.
Your email, on the other hand, is never shown to the other members of the team — it is only used for our internal processing (sending a sign-in link, possible contact). The manager's result is visible to their team by default, but they can choose to hide it at any time.
A team member can remove themselves from that dashboard at any time, directly from it (“Remove me” button), without the whole team having to be deleted. You can also write to us at will@will-agent.com for any deletion request.
If you have lost the link to your individual result, or to a team dashboard, you can find it again from the test home page by entering the email you used: we send you a single-use sign-in link (valid for 30 minutes) listing the results and teams associated with that email. This feature collects no new data: it only points you back to information already stored with your agreement (see above).
If your manager has turned on 360° feedback collection and shared their link with you, your answers are anonymous by design: our database holds no name, email or IP address column for these answers — this is not merely information hidden from display, it is never recorded at all.
Your manager never sees an individual answer. They can only consult an aggregated result (average of the answers, position on the WILL matrix, and a breakdown of answers per question), as soon as a first answer has been received.
You may, if you wish, give your email when answering, so that you can delete that answer later: this email is used solely to send you a personal deletion link, is never passed on to the manager and is never stored — it is used once, when that email is sent, then forgotten.
24 months from the date you took the test (or from your last participation in a team or in a 360° feedback), after which it is deleted automatically (scheduled monthly purge). You can ask for it to be deleted at any time before then (see “Your rights” below). The sign-in links sent by email (team mode, or to regain access to your results through “My space”) are single-use technical identifiers, valid for 30 minutes and then deleted, far sooner than the 24 months above.
We neither sell nor transfer your data to third parties. It is processed, strictly within the technical scope needed for the site to work, by our processors:
None of your data is used for advertising purposes, nor shared with a third party for their own use.
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party audience measurement. The anti-bot field (Cloudflare Turnstile), shown when certain forms are submitted, may set a technical identifier strictly necessary for anti-spam verification.
If you create a team (team mode), a technical cookie (will_team_session) is set to recognise you on your next visits to your dashboard, without asking for a sign-in link every time. This cookie is strictly necessary for that feature to work — it serves no advertising or statistical tracking, and expires automatically after 90 days.
Likewise, if you find your results again through “My space”, or if you turn on 360° feedback from your result, a technical cookie (will_access_session) is set to recognise you on your next visit without asking for a sign-in link again. It is also strictly necessary for those pages to work, and expires automatically after 30 days.
Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. To exercise it, write to us at will@will-agent.com — we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
